We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner with a strong background in recruitment, and a keen interest in the Web3 industry. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to attract top-tier candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the organization.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks to build robust pipelines.
  • Drive local employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships with universities etc.
  • Streamline recruitment processes, utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), and implement data-driven strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3 industry developments, and talent acquisition best practices to help inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

 

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates who have worked in tech industries such as semiconductors, cloud computing, or IT services.
  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in employer branding is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities to assist in managing recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
