We are seeking a HRBP and this role will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Experience in employee engagement, employer branding, talent acquisition and office administration is highly desirable to enhance our culture and workplace environment.

In this role, you will:
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Oversee core HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace; Support local employer branding efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Manage office operations, including vendor coordination, facility management, and administrative support, to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing data-driven insights on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and policies, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to legal standards.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- 3+ years of all-rounded HR experience, with proven expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Experience in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives is highly desirable.
- Office administration experience, including vendor management or facility coordination, is a strong advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
