Backend Mobile Developer (Biometric/Infra)

Job Description

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is currently building a  fully decentralized biometric verification. And they are seeking a Backend Mobile Developer responsible for developing backend services for a mobile application, focusing on user biometric authentication and service integration. The application will support both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient and secure backend services for the mobile application.
• Integrate third-party services related to biometric authentication and optimize project features.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure effective communication between the backend and client applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support efficient communication for multi-platform clients.
• Implement data security and privacy protection measures to ensure system compliance.
• Participate in project’s Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to maintain code quality and streamline releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must; English is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing backend services, with a focus on biometric authentication.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks/platforms such as Firebase, Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django.
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is desirable.
• Familiarity with database design and optimization, with experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work as a team player across various verticals of the business.
• Understanding of the Web 3.0 industry background or prior experience with Web 3.0 projects is a plus, but not required.
