Senior Product Manager (Security and Risk Control)

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Senior Product Manager expertise in blockchain security and risk control. 

In this role, you will:

• Develop risk control, AML, and security frameworks for Web3 products, crafting effective risk management strategies.
• Investigate on-chain fraud patterns (e.g., phishing, money laundering) to enhance risk detection and prevention.
• Design transaction security features, including risk alerts and malicious address blocking.
• Ensure compliance with global blockchain regulations and optimize AML processes to minimize risks.
• Analyze security risks (e.g., smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security) and propose solutions.
• Monitor on-chain data and industry incidents to refine risk control models and strategies.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of product management experience, ideally in Blockchain/Web3.
• Expertise in blockchain risk control, AML, and security, with the ability to identify common fraud methods.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, paired with excellent project management and a proactive approach to identifying risks via on-chain data.
• Familiarity with key risk control technologies (e.g., rule engines, machine learning models), with prior experience in product design preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with global teams and users in English.v
