Chief Marketing Officer (Blockchain IGaming)

The company is a technology innovator developing a blockchain-based escrow liquidity Layer 2 (L2) platform that redefines fund management in industries such as iGaming and land-based casinos. Utilizing smart contracts, zero-knowledge cryptography, and secure oracles, the platform transforms idle deposits into secure, liquid assets while ensuring trust, transparency, and regulatory compliance. They aim to eliminate custodial risk, unlock operational liquidity, and automate settlements, creating a seamless financial ecosystem for businesses and consumers.

They are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer and lead the marketing strategy and execution for the blockchain-based platform, driving brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for the iGaming MVP and land-based casino pilot. You will focus on communicating the value of smart contract-driven escrow, privacy-preserving transactions, and liquidity solutions, shaping the company’s narrative, building trust in a regulated industry, and positioning the platform as a leader in iGaming and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the platform as the leading solution for secure, transparent, and liquid fund management in iGaming and land-based casinos.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the iGaming MVP and land-based casino pilot, tailoring campaigns to operators, players, and regulators in key markets.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in blockchain and gaming through speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events.
  • Develop materials to explain complex concepts (e.g., smart contracts, zk-proofs, oracles) in an accessible way for diverse audiences.
  • Position the company as a trusted innovator at the intersection of blockchain, DeFi, and gaming, emphasizing privacy, fairness, and compliance.
  • Build and manage a community of operators, players, and DeFi enthusiasts, fostering trust and advocacy through platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Promote the platform’s native token and staking opportunities to attract liquidity providers and yield-seeking investors.

You are looking for someone who has

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for web3 native projects.
  • Experience marketing to diverse stakeholders, including B2B (operators, regulators) and B2C (players, investors) audiences.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling for complex, technical products.
  • Familiarity with iGaming or casino industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Experience marketing blockchain or DeFi solutions to gaming or financial services audiences.
  • Familiarity with multi-chain ecosystems or token-based marketing campaigns.
  • Established network in the iGaming, casino, or blockchain industries.
