Marketing Manager

We are hiring for one of Hong Kong’s most established and trusted educational consultancies, representing over 350 independent schools and universities in the UK.

They are looking for a Marketing Manager, leading and executing all aspects of marketing, from strategy to implementation. This includes brand management, digital marketing, CRM campaigns, creative development, event marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can think strategically, manage multiple projects, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate their brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned with the business goals.
    • Manage marketing budgets, priorities, and performance metrics.
    • Support brand repositioning to reflect their modern and global outlook.
  • Digital Marketing & CRM
    • Oversee all digital campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, website, paid ads).
    • Manage CRM systems — segmentation, lifecycle marketing, automation, and performance tracking.
    • Analyze campaign data to optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Content & Creative
    • Lead content strategy for social media, website, newsletters, and digital assets.
    • Work with internal and external creative teams on visuals, copywriting, and brand consistency.
    • Create storytelling content that highlights their values, success stories, and programs.
  • Events & Partnerships
    • Plan and promote education exhibitions, seminars, and overseas school events.
    • Coordinate marketing support for partnership initiatives (e.g., co-branded campaigns, sponsorships).
    • Drive post-event reporting, engagement tracking, and client follow-up campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization
    • Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and ROI.
    • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights to inform strategy.
    • Present data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in education, professional services, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools
  • Strong creative judgment and copywriting skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus).
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, execution-driven mindset.
