Tech Lead (Digital Asset/Prop Trading)

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - A digital assets trading platform. They are hiring a Tech Lead to join their team in Singapore (with relocation support). 

Responsibilities

• Convert strategic technology goals into clear, executable plans for engineering teams.
• Oversee project timelines and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to align priorities and scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining smooth execution and team momentum.
• Uphold quality through robust practices like CI/CD, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Track and communicate progress, highlighting blockers and resource needs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, with experience leading technical teams.
• Strong grasp of systems architecture, agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communicator, adept at translating strategic vision into technical action.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and driving decisions in ambiguous settings.
• Experience in trading systems, cryptocurrencies, or DeFi is a valuable bonus.
