Product Manager (Blockchain, Apps)

About the Job

We are partnered with a robotics team who are building the Uber for robots - The Web3 Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for blockchain-based products that integrate with advanced robotics systems. This includes designing and overseeing dashboards, airdrop claim UI/UX, and related processes, ensuring seamless interaction with intelligent robotics platforms to enable secure identity, peer-to-peer collaboration, and shared intelligence among machines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with market and user needs. Daily tasks include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver Web3 solutions that enhance the robotics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, including end-to-end product lifecycle management and strategic planning in Web3 or blockchain projects
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including dashboards, airdrop claim processes, and UI/UX design for decentralized applications, with an emphasis on integration with robotics systems like AI-native OS and decentralized machine networks
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis within the blockchain and crypto space
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across globally distributed teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with experience working in cross-functional environments
• Technical background or familiarity with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and robotics system integration (e.g., peer-to-peer coordination and verifiable machine identity) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Web3 products, including designing user-friendly dashboards and airdrop claim interfaces that interact with robotics platforms for multi-agent collaboration
• Strong technical collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with blockchain and other engineers to interpret smart contract logic, API documentation, on-chain analytics, and system telemetry from AI-driven robot workflows
• User-centric product mindset, supported by experience in usability testing, user research, and integrating community feedback into iterative product improvements for decentralized robotics applications
