Personal Assistant (Dubai / Relocation)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s daily agenda, including meetings, business activities, social engagements, and personal matters, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling.
- Plan and coordinate all travel-related matters such as flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary to ensure seamless and comfortable travel experiences.
- Assist with handling various documents and emails, drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentation materials, and attending meetings as needed to take notes.
- Oversee and coordinate personal matters such as property management, vehicle maintenance, personal shopping, and social activities.
- Handle communication with external parties and maintain important professional and personal relationships on behalf of the executive.
- Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations, providing practical solutions to ensure the executive’s work and personal life remain uninterrupted.
- Flexibly manage and complete various ad-hoc requests, addressing both personal and business needs as they arise.
Requirements:
- Independent and strong-minded, able to perform efficiently and maintain high productivity in high-pressure environments.
- Possesses strong execution skills, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Able to accept occasional overtime and handle urgent or unexpected tasks when required.
