Compliance Manager (Crypto Exchange/ Licensing)

We are hiring for one of our crypto exchange clients. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for license applications, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in major global jurisdictions.
• Lead or participate in from-scratch license strategy and rollout projects.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, including submission of materials and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory policies and provide compliance advice and risk alerts to the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, risk, product, and other teams to drive compliance implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–3 years of compliance/license experience in crypto exchanges or fintech.
• Successful license implementation experience in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Seychelles, India, UK, Bermuda, or MiCA (EU) — preferably with experience in multiple regions.
• Proven experience in major license implementations and from-scratch (0 to1) projects.
• Experience in regulatory engagement, negotiations, and communication; familiar with processes and common challenges.
• Proficient in English as a working language.
• Knowledge of the crypto industry ecosystem and regulatory trends.
• Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and self-motivation.
