Growth & Operations (Prediction Markets)

We are hiring for a global top-tier digital asset exchange, serving millions of users across multiple continents. The company operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving market and is known for strong product execution, deep liquidity, and rapid global expansion.

They are seeking a Growth & Operations professional to drive user growth and market engagement for a prediction-based trading product. This role owns the full user lifecycle—from acquisition and activation to retention and re-engagement—while translating market events and trends into compelling content, campaigns, and product growth initiatives. You will work closely with product and data teams to experiment, optimize, and scale growth levers through analytics, A/B testing, and incentive design in a fast-moving crypto / prediction market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth & Operations

• Design, build, and execute user growth strategies across the full lifecycle, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Own content planning and interpretation related to prediction markets, including topic selection, market analysis, and real-time trend / hotspot identification.
• Design engaging content and campaigns that drive user participation, trading activity, and community interaction.
• Work closely with the product team to drive data-informed growth features, such as growth loops, incentive mechanisms, and sharing/referral systems.
• Operational Optimisation
• Monitor and analyze user behavior, retention, conversion, trading volume, and activity metrics, conducting regular performance reviews and proposing optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to run A/B testing and operational experiments, iterating on growth strategies to validate and scale successful outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications & Background

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, growth, or product operations, with hands-on experience operating prediction-related products (e.g. prediction contracts, event-based markets, or event forecasting products).
• Solid understanding of prediction markets, financial markets, and crypto / blockchain / derivatives (especially relevant for DeFi-based models).
• Prior experience with or exposure to Polymarket, Kalshi, or Augur is strongly preferred.
