We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.

The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.

We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead investment strategy and capital deployment across treasury and ecosystem funds at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and real-world assets (RWA). You will source, evaluate, and execute investments that strengthen the network’s long-term ecosystem, while actively supporting portfolio companies and building strategic co-investment relationships across the industry.

Responsibilities

• Investment Strategy & Pipeline Management
• Develop and execute investment strategies for treasury and ecosystem funds in line with long-term network and ecosystem objectives.
• Source and evaluate early-stage opportunities across Web3 infrastructure, RWA protocols, DeFi primitives, and related tooling.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Manage deal flow through structured processes, including pipeline tracking, prioritisation, and investment committee preparation.
• Deal Structuring & Execution
• Lead negotiation and execution of token and equity investments, including SAFEs, SAFTs, and strategic allocation agreements.
• Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and treasury execution.
• Design milestone-based incentive structures for ecosystem investments, grants, or strategic deployments.
• Support portfolio companies post-investment through strategic introductions, go-to-market support, and ecosystem alignment.
• Portfolio Management & Reporting
• Track portfolio performance across financial, token, and on-chain metrics, including unlock schedules and liquidity events.
• Maintain clear and transparent reporting for internal stakeholders through dashboards, performance summaries, and periodic reviews.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams on treasury rebalancing, yield strategies, and capital utilisation.
• Ecosystem & Co-Investment Collaboration
• Build and maintain relationships with leading venture funds, foundations, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify opportunities for co-investments, accelerators, incubation programs, or liquidity initiatives.
• Represent the organisation in syndicates, ecosystem funds, and industry investment networks.
• Market Research & Strategic Insight
• Monitor macro and sector-specific trends across DeFi, RWA tokenisation, and modular blockchain infrastructure.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide internal decision-making on ecosystem priorities and capital allocation.
• Contribute to investment theses that align market opportunities with ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain financial products.
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyse business models, and structure both token and equity deals.
• Solid financial modelling and due-diligence capabilities, including market sizing, risk assessment, and token-supply analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience managing ecosystem or foundation funds.
• Prior exposure to DeFi or RWA founders, protocols, or infrastructure projects.

生态系统与共同投资合作

建立并维持与领先风险投资基金、基金会和生态系统合作伙伴的关系。识别共同投资、加速器、孵化项目或流动性计划的机会。在投资联盟、生态系统基金和行业投资网络中代表组织。

市场研究与战略洞察

资格要求
