Trading Product Manager (CEX/DEX) - Shenzhen based

Our client is a cutting-edge Decentralized Exchange (DEX) at the forefront of the next evolution in DeFi. They are seeking a visionary Product Manager to serve as the architect of their core trading ecosystem.
Job Description
- Anticipate global DeFi and infrastructure shifts to architect long-term roadmaps, proactively identifying market opportunities while embedding robust risk management frameworks.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept validation and requirement deep-dives to PRD development, execution, and continuous iterative optimization.
- Analyze on-chain and off-chain metrics to refine interaction logic, ensuring maximum capital efficiency, system stability, and a seamless user experience.
- Orchestrate collaboration between Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to resolve complex logical bottlenecks and ensure the delivery of high-quality features
Requirements
- At least 3 years of core product management experience within CEX or DEX environments, specifically focused on trading engines or liquidity modules.
- Deep technical understanding of major protocols (AMM, Lending, Derivatives), including on-chain execution flows, gas optimization, and smart contract security.
- Proficient in designing asset clearing and settlement systems; capable of managing complex fund flows and ensuring data consistency under high-concurrency and market volatility.
- A first-principles thinker who can deconstruct industry fundamentals and build robust systems that withstand extreme market fluctuations without following hype.
- Demonstrated ability to build products from 0 to 1; startup experience is highly valued for this fast-paced environment.
- Strong logical thinking skills and fluency in English to facilitate effective collaboration across global, cross-cultural teams.
