Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Overview 

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to build, design, and support network solutions in AWS. Our team is working on delivering the next-generation Hypori platform and is responsible for crafting and implementing innovative solutions and platforms at scale. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for networking infrastructure and services such as VPC, VPN, load balancer, Palo Alto firewalls, DNS, etc. 
  • You will ensure the automation, scalability, performance, and security of our cloud network infrastructure and services. 
  • Implement and enforce the network policies, standards, and best practices in the AWS cloud. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and developers on cloud network engineering. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or related roles.  
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud network engineering, preferably in AWS. 
  • Proficient in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, VPN, etc. 
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AWS network topologies using technologies like Transit Gateway Load balancers, security groups, transit gateways, etc.  
  • Proficient in network automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, etc. 
  • Experience deploying and operating services in public cloud environments (AWS preferable). 
  • Proficient in network security principles and tools, such as firewalls, IDS, IPS, WAF, etc.

  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Github, Code Commit, etc. 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Palo Alto firewall & AWS Landing Zone Accelerator architecture.
