Corporate IT Manager

Overview: The Corporate Information Technology Manager will provide leadership and technical guidance to the team supporting the Corporate Enterprise IT Infrastructure for Hypori, Inc.  We require a technical leader who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, has good communications skills, and possesses the ability to ensure that our technical enterprise allows our employees to work effectively and efficiently.  The Corporate IT Manager will also provide “hands-on” support when the current staff cannot resolve issues to empower the Hypori workforce in accordance with service level requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

  • People Management: 
    • Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure their work aligns with Company OKRs and priorities 
    • Support technical and professional growth for the IT Team to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. 
  • System Management: 
    • Manage access control, system integration and implementation and effectiveness of over 60 online services such as Atlassian, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc. for Corporate and CUI Protected environments 
    • Maintain compliance with all Corporate IT and Security requirements  
    • Establish standards and baseline configurations for employee furnished equipment 
    • Maintain asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and subscription services 
    • Maintain the budget for hardware, software, and subscription services and track expenditures  
  • Process Management: 
    • Manage IT and Security onboarding process to ensure all employees are empowered from their first day to effectively communicate and access the corporate resources they need 
  • Project Management: 
    • Lead Corporate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new Corporate systems and services 
    • Anticipate business requirements and develop Corporate IT solutions by partnering and interacting with key stakeholders across the company 
    • Perform other related duties as required and identified in goals set by the CSO 
  • Service Management: 
    • Manage support for all accounts, hardware, networks under the Corporate IT umbrella 
    • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the Corporate IT infrastructure 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • 8+ years of experience working in IT operations 
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures 
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems

  • Strong critical thinking, communication and decision-making skills 
  • Firm grasp on Corporate IT infrastructure and operations best practices 

Pay range:

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
