Overview

As a Senior Implementation Architect at Hypori, you will lead the technical deployment of our secure mobile virtualization platform for enterprise and government customers. You’ll serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, ensuring that Hypori is integrated smoothly, securely, and in alignment with customer requirements. This role is both hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical depth, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical deployment of Hypori for new customers
  • Lead solution design and architecture tailored to unique customer environments
  • Translate business and IT requirements into executable technical plans
  • Guide and execute device enrollment, endpoint configuration, and enterprise service connectivity
  • Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues related to endpoint management, security, and infrastructure
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, support, customer success) to ensure seamless handoffs post-deployment
  • Deliver clear documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and customer-facing guidance
  • Conduct customer and internal enablement sessions as needed
  • Ensure deployments align with Hypori security and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment, implementation, or solution architecture
  • Proven experience deploying or integrating mobile platforms, security solutions, or virtualization technologies
  • Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM/MAM), especially Android Enterprise and Intune
  • Hands-on with enterprise identity and access management (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc.)
  • Hands-on with secure cloud platforms (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure IL5)
  • Experience working with secure networks, VPNs, and firewall configurations
  • Hands-on experience with tools like MSFT Intune, JSON/XML configuration, and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and DevOps tools such as Helm, Terraform, or Jenkins
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying Zscaler or similar zero-trust technologies
  • Understanding of federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs)
  • Experience working in or supporting the Department of Defense or other federal agencies
  • Knowledge of Agile or DevSecOps environments
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar)

Other Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (if not already held)
  • Travel: up to 25%, including on-site customer engagements or secure facility visits

Pay Range 

$130,000 - $160,000 USD
