POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will drive and monitor the exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China. He ensure multidisciplinary connection with all departments during the project to exchange good competences and procedures on: Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality.
On these activities, the project manager will get the full support and needed information from the all the departments involved in the project: R&D, Purchase, Production, Logistics, Quality, After Sales
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and monitor exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China.
- Support the exchange of competence and procedures in:
- Design: Bill of Materials, Technical drawings, Technical documents
- Quality procedures: Suppliers inspections, Incoming inspections, Assembly line checks, final tests.
- Manufacturing: Production procedures and work instructions, Assembly tools and best practices.
- Procurement: Key suppliers, Lead times, Target volumes, target prices.
- Monitor the project timeline and ensure the respect of the project milestones.
- Support the exchange of information and cross communications by online team meeting and visits on site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior related experience.
- Higher technical education with mechanical or related profile
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Planning and organizing
- Decision-making and communication skills
- Persuasiveness, influencing and leading with humility
- Conflict management
- Team work oriented
