What you’ll own:

  • Full-cycle global Talent Attraction
  • Strategic partnership with hiring managers — you're not an order taker; you're a trusted advisor
  • Active sourcing & pipeline building across continents and time zones
  • Hiring processes from A to Z in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Interviewing, selection, assessment, and offer management — you run the show
  • Candidate experience that’s fast, smooth, and leaves a lasting impression
  • Collaboration with global stakeholders, from Brazil to the Netherlands to Asia
  • Contribution to Employer Branding and creative sourcing strategies

In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.

Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Global Recruitment or wider HR functions.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 4 – 6 years of work experience within a multinational business environment, experience with technology companies and track record of work with a global impact
  • Deep functional experience involving multiple functions and multiple countries
  • People management experience in combination with cultural agility
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • A strategic mindset as well as hands on decisive handling, capability to switch quickly and knowledge of how to build common ground
  • Track record of being amongst senior stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and excellent prioritization skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Workday is an asset
  • MBA or other additional professional credential would be a plus

Language

  • Good written and spoken English is essential
  • Proficiency of Portuguese and/or Spanish is a MUST

Qualification / Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other disciplines
