About The Role

As a Regional Director BU Components Indonesia in our Jakarta office, you will have the opportunity to play a role in overseeing , managing, and growing sales activities in Hyva Business Unit Components Indonesia to meet business requirements.

 

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for regional strategy formulation, decoding, and execution
  • Organizes the after sales network to support Hyva global sales activities
  • Prepares the annual sales budget , quarterly forecast and monitor financial performance in relation to this
  • Manages and oversees the local workshop for installations, service and warranties
  • Ensures SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operation Performance) is followed and regularly reviewed with Management Team , including the right inventory levels
  • Closely monitors NWC (inventory, debtors and account payables) to make sure Hyva entity will be in the best Financial situation
  • Manages and motivates subordinate staff , and ensure that all employees are properly trained, keep them motivated for the job
  • Serves as landlord of the Hyva Indonesia office, warehouse and workshop for all 3 business units
  • Manages all related responsibilities, host global functions (Finance, HR, ICT, Legal etc)

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • More than 5 years of Management experience in a comparable function, eg: Sales / Marketing / Technology
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting and/or Financial area
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Transport Market industry
  • Good knowledge of company administration, country laws & regulations
  • Strong Client Service skills: ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Open-minded Mentality: Ability to work in an international organization
  • Others: Strong leadership & presentation skills

 

Language

Good written and spoken English is essential

 

Qualification / Education

Preferred University Degree in Engineering and/or Economy
