About The Role

As a HR Services Delivery Coordinator in our brand-new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role as part of the HR Shared Services team and is responsible for executing the Hyva HR policies, first line HR questions and HR administration based on the applicable SLA’s. This position supports various HR projects in Asia. The position will be challenged by growth and creating a leading employee experience in a fast changing and growing organization.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Answer all general Human Resources questions and inquiries, taking messages when appropriate and ensuring follow up is taken to ensure a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing and support system.
  • Take care of the HR administration, including employment contracts, administer health and life insurance programs, reports, collecting, organizing, checking and processing data relating to personnel and regulations.
  • Administer data in the HR information systems.
  • Prepare reports and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Execute training and development plans.
  • Follow up and provide support for the performance management cycle.
  • Update employee records with any changes in the employee lifecycle.
  • Execute HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Provide first line HR advise to employees.
  • Monitor labor laws and adapt internal policies where needed.
  • Assisting the Payroll Coordinator if required.

In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.

Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Human Resources or wider Global HR Team.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ year of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, People Operations and Experience or related experience.
  • Strong professional and HR operational knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
  • Intermediate/business level in English and Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other HR systems
  • Experience with process transitions
