About the role
The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the daily finance operations in terms of transaction processing. This position ensures timely and accurate transaction processing in respect of the Purchase-to-pay cycle and expense processing. The manager establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

  • Oversee and guide team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help achieve individual and collective goals
     
  • Provide focus on maintaining and improving transaction processes and systems to ensure the effective processing of financial and operational information and the adequate safeguarding of Hyva assets;
     
  • Ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of accounts payables;
     
  • Maintain an appropriate internal control environment in terms of P2P;
     
  • Ensure on-time payment to suppliers;
     
  • Enforcing policies and procedures.
     
  • Establish and maintain work instructions

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Level: Bachelor+
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
  • English advanced
  • Experience in a multi-national environment
  • Leadership expertise with a readiness to manage remote teams across different locations
  • Analytical skills, Decision-making skills, Change management skills
