Gaithersburg, MD

Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Developer

The Opportunity
At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Developer to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You’ll build the integrations that connect the agency’s new core financial system to its administrative and mission systems. If you’re early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.

Why AI Matters Here
AI is central to how this team delivers. We want developers who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn new platforms quickly, write and debug code, map data, and document their work. Be ready to show us how you’ve used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations.
  • Build inbound and outbound interfaces using REST/SOAP web services.
  • Develop file-based and scheduled integrations.
  • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, BI Publisher extracts, and Oracle ERP integration services.
  • Create source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
  • Implement orchestration, error handling, and notifications.
  • Support batch and real-time integrations.
  • Write technical design and interface-control documentation.
  • Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
  • Support deployment and production stabilization.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of integration or software development experience.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar integration platforms.
  • Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
  • Familiarity with file-based integrations (SFTP, FBDI) and reporting tools such as BI Publisher.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and drive to own your work.

Preferred

  • OCI or Autonomous Database (ATP) experience.
  • Any exposure to federal financial systems or federal IT projects.
  • Oracle certifications, or progress toward them.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.
  • Mentorship from senior Oracle and federal financial management specialists.
  • A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.
  • In-demand skills in cloud ERP integration and AI-enabled delivery.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
