Oracle Test Execution Analyst

Gaithersburg, MD

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring two Oracle Test Execution Analysts to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You'll test the agency's new Oracle Fusion Cloud financial system to make sure it works before people rely on it. Testing is a major part of every phase of this program. If you're early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers. We want analysts who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn financial processes and Oracle functionality quickly, build positive and negative test scenarios, analyze defects, and document test results. Be ready to show us how you've used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results.

What You Will Do

  • Execute Oracle Fusion Cloud test scripts.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate P2P, R2R/A2R, O2C, and related financial processes.
  • Execute positive and negative test scenarios.
  • Validate interfaces and data exchanges.
  • Document test evidence and results.
  • Log and track defects.
  • Retest resolved defects.
  • Support SIT and UAT cycles.
  • Coordinate with functional, development, and integration teams.
  • Support deployment readiness testing.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of ERP testing experience.
  • Understanding of financial business processes.
  • Experience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Experience with defect management.
  • Experience with Jira, ALM, qTest, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new systems and accelerate delivery.

Preferred Experience

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud testing experience strongly preferred.

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.
  • Mentorship from senior Oracle testing and federal financial management specialists.
  • A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.
  • In-demand skills in ERP testing, financial processes, and AI-enabled delivery.

What Success Looks Like

  • Test scripts are executed on schedule with clear, complete evidence.
  • Defects are logged accurately, tracked, and retested promptly.
  • SIT and UAT cycles finish on time with no surprises at deployment.
  • You ramp up fast on Oracle Fusion and financial processes, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

  • S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency
  • Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting
