Who We Are
iAltA is upgrading the infrastructure of modern private markets, and building the team that gets us there. We build and acquire operating companies that serve distinct participants across the private markets ecosystem. A fund is created, brought to market, evaluated, subscribed to, funded, and reported on. iAltA's operating companies handle each stage and share a common data layer.

What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for our first cohort of rotational Analysts to embrace a unique opportunity to work directly alongside founding teams and report to C-suite leadership. Your work will be visible and consequential from Week 1. Fall 2026 start date tbd.
In This Role, You Will
- Report into the iAltA Holdings leadership team, learn all about the business and its operating companies while working on a variety of project assignments across both its Holding and operating companies (e.g. portfolio monitoring, due diligence, strategic projects, communications and more)
- Build a toolkit of capabilities for yourself, in just one year, that typically takes a handful of years to develop inside a single company
- Get the kind of responsibility and decision-making exposure that big platforms gatekeep for years
- Be surrounded by smart, driven people who take the work seriously and each other personally
- After successful completion of this one year program, you will be eligible for a full time position for iAltA Holdings or for one of its operation companies.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Genuine appetite for impact in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- A self starter who is driven to help build this company
- Demonstration of genuine curiosity about fintech, alternative assets and portfolio company operations
- A Bachelors degree from a highly selective college or university with a Liberal Arts, Business, Engineering or CS degree
- Up to 3 years of post university professional experience; internships in consulting, finance, operations, startups, or public service are also valued

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 for candidates with ~1 year of professional experience; $90,000 – $120,000 for candidates with 2-3 years of professional experience
- Responsible & Unlimited PTO — no cap, with genuine trust and expectation to recharge
