Talent Acquisition Specialist
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Review applications to pre-screen candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates.
- Identify and recruit high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company's needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Assist and coordinate the end-to-end campus hiring process.
- Maintain data integrity within our application tracking system (Greenhouse).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA in HR preferred).
- Flexible working 11 am to 8 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm shift (Mon – Fri).
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
- Two or more years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing firm, including sourcing and managing the full employee life cycle.
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Experience with Greenhouse would be a plus.
- MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience managing stakeholders and prioritizing multiple searches & projects.
