Job Description & Responsibilities
The Estate Processing Analyst is responsible for processing estate cases, communicating with clients, and reviewing and preparing estate documents.
Key duties include using multiple IBKR systems to instruct executors and beneficiaries on the required documents, process forms and documents received, submit transfer requests, and answer internal and external queries.
About Your Team
Interactive Brokers seeks to add a team member to its European Estate Administration Group. General familiarity with Microsoft Office, Email, and administrative office environment is required. No specific knowledge of estate matters is required; we will train. The successful candidate will work with two other team members to process documents, communicate with clients, and complete routine administrative tasks. A sharp self-starter who can communicate professionally will be a good fit for this position.
Qualification & Skills
- English speaking - any additional European languages are a plus.
- At least a few years experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity
- Strong problem-solving and demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Excel and Word are required, as well as the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
