This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote).
About Your Team:
Interactive Brokers Group seeks a Social Media Engagement Specialist to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will review and respond to inquiries on all social media channels and focus on improving the firm's image and reputation on social media.
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments.
- Liaison with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues
- Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Marketing
- Understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver, attention to detail, fast learner, and team player
- Analytical, self-motivated and directed
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite products
- Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses
