Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented, entry-level individual to assist with various reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will help with third-party data feeds and provide backup support for our EmployeeTrack program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with enabling, disabling, and configuring new third-party data feeds.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any issues related to third-party data feeds, providing timely solutions.
- Provide general support to third-party data feed providers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support compliance officers using our EmployeeTrack program, offering assistance and resolving issues as needed.
- Become a subject matter expert on third-party data feeds and our EmployeeTrack program.
- Contribute to creating and improving internal documentation for data fees and EmployeeTrack program processes.
- Manage relationships with clients, third-party data feed providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities from ongoing and operational initiatives within the Sales Engineering team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Flexible work schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong task management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt accordingly to varying audience knowledge levels
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
