Quality Control ("QC") Analyst / Assistant Manager – Compliance Operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the APAC L&C team to perform QC compliance testing and documentation in support of compliance projects and governance processes.
- Conduct ad-hoc testing against regulations and internal policies in order to assist Compliance Management in assessing whether there are areas for improvement and automation.
- Draft compliance requirements to address any gaps or issues identified.
- Support testing prior to production releases from a compliance user perspective to ensure compliance requests have been applied as requested.
- Perform QC testing immediately after new compliance change management releases to confirm changes are released as expected, and to recommend future compliance assurance or reporting.
- Review data from different systems to ensure the accuracy of regulatory reports.
- Ability to read and write Chinese would be an advantage.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or similar.
- 5+ years working experience in compliance, audit or finance.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to read and write Chinese would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
