This is a Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)
About your Team:
A Client Services Representative in the Key Accounts Group will coordinate activities with other local and international Customer Service teams and contribute to the development of client service systems, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to resolve both routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and timely manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
Client inquiries typically encompass a broad array of themes, including:
- Operations of IB Trader Workstation, Client Portal and Mobile Trader execution platforms, including trading modules and analytical tools
- Cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions
- Product availability and attributes
- Exchange, clearing and depository functions
- Order types and routing logic
- Order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions
- Margin calculations
- Commission structure, interest and fees
What required skill’s you need:
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Working Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services position (e.g., brokerage, banking, trading, exchange or clearinghouse)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to accommodate client inquiries directed via telephone, email or online chat
- In-depth understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities, options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income
- Working knowledge of various exchange operations and regulations, product offerings and specifications, execution platforms and rules, and margin methodologies
- Computer: proficiency with the Windows operating system and various MS applications (Word/Excel). Must be very adept in using the internet for information collection. Bloomberg, Reuters or similar data application experience required at an intermediate or higher level
- Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses.
- Multi-language skills are a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and a stock award, as well as a wide range of benefits, including healthcare, tuition reimbursement, and more.
