Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Clearing professional with strong knowledge in depository and broking back-office operations. You will manage key depository functions and support our global operations, including settlements, corporate actions, and other essential clearing activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end depository operations covering maintenance, and closure
- Handle settlements and reconciliation processes
- Process Corporate Actions (CA) and ensure accurate execution
- Manage miscellaneous depository-related operational activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Handle US Proxy processing and administration
- Perform US Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) reconciliation
- Support international operational requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6-7 years of experience in broking or capital markets back-office operations.
- Strong expertise in depository operations (NSDL/CDSL or equivalent platforms).
- Must have NISM certification series VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination (DOCE).
- Proven experience in clearing, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on knowledge of corporate actions processing.
- Proficient in depository systems, settlement platforms, and back-office tools.
- Solid understanding of settlement cycles, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with clearing house procedures and entitlement calculations.
