Job Description & Responsibilities
We are offering an exciting Sales Development Program designed to launch the career of an ambitious, client-focused individual into the world of financial sales. This is a permanent position with a structured 18-month rotational program that provides comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and professional certification—setting you up for long-term success as a sales professional.
You'll begin as a Junior Sales Associate and, upon successful completion of the program, transition to Sales Associate with an increased salary and expanded responsibilities.
Program Objective
The program offers a variety of interesting opportunities including but not limited to:
- Real-world client exposure
- Product and platform training
- Regulatory certification (SIE & Series 7)
- Rotational experience across key business functions
Our goal is to help you become a confident, client-ready sales professional capable of independently managing relationships and driving business development.
Qualification & Skills
We're seeking an early-career professional who is comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and client acquisition:
- Bachelor's degree or completed apprenticeship - preferably in finance, sales, business, or hospitality
- No prior sales experience required - just the drive to learn, grow, and succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, extroverted approach to building relationships
- Natural curiosity and an interest in sales and client engagement
- A proactive, confident mindset with the ability to initiate conversations and create opportunities
- Multilingual abilities (a strong plus)
- Background in client-facing, service-oriented, or finance-related roles as a plus
