About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated, analytical and outgoing Analyst to join the Structured Investments (SI) Distribution Issuer Relations and Key Accounts team. This role will assist with ongoing relationship management and business development for existing SI Distribution relationships. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive based, while balancing competing demands from Structured Investment Issuer and Key Account relationships. Daily activities will vary, including assisting clients with data-driven requests, managing special projects, making sales calls, and developing presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day management of existing SI Distribution relationships.
- Analyze and deliver monthly performance metrics to a variety of clients.
- Generate special projects and reports.
- Develop presentation materials and analysis for client meetings and projects.
- Work in conjunction with senior members of the SI Key Accounts and Issuer Relations team to anticipate client needs.
- Provide accurate and timely data to key stakeholders.
- Join sales calls and meetings to further learn the SI business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred concentration in finance, statistics, or economics
- Series 7 and 63 (FINRA) must be obtained within 4 months of employment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Foster and maintain effective relationships
- Proactively assess and act upon client and company needs
- Attention to detail and organized approach to responsibilities
- Critical thinker than possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Devotion to collaboration and able to thrive in a team environment, while also able to work independently
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
