About the Role

 iCapital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to join our Employee Corporate Communications Marketing Team. This role will report to the Head of Strategy and PMO, with responsibility for leading the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and consideration through a variety of initiatives including executing a corporate marketing campaign across channels and audiences. Ultimately, this leader should ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand and corporate marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Marketing organization and across iCapital including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B corporate marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think strategically and analytically
  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
