Client Relationship Manager, Structured Investments - IBD Coverage - Associate / Assistant Vice President

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. The ideal candidate will support client management and business development efforts across the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) coverage team. This is a client-facing, technical role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital's full suite of technology solutions to the BD channel. This individual will work closely with senior Relationship Managers, gaining broad exposure across all IBD client and prospect relationships while contributing to go-to-market execution and platform growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior Relationship Managers across all IBD client and prospect relationships, serving as an active participant in day-to-day account management and business development activity.
  • Assist in platform demonstrations for new prospects, contribute to RFP responses, and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams on iCapital's suite of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Help manage ongoing client relationships by handling follow-ups, tracking open items, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to support tactical and strategic initiatives across the IBD channel.
  • Support internal project management efforts, including maintaining CRM data, pipeline tracking, and team reporting.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate client integrations and the delivery of key platform functionality.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of iCapital's product suite and the structured investments landscape to serve as a credible resource for clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, business development, or relationship management role, ideally within financial services or enterprise technology
  • Foundational knowledge of structured investments with a strong interest in deepening expertise in the asset class
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms, specifically BDs is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on increasing responsibility over time
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred; willingness to obtain if not already held

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
