  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable value.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, systems, and business processes, balancing near-term priorities with long-term platform strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, including prioritization, requirements definition, testing, rollout planning, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex workflows, operational processes, and reference data requirements into intuitive user experiences and scalable, maintainable product solutions.
  • Define clear business and product requirements through business cases, process flows, data models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to define scalable domain models, data structures, integrations, and platform capabilities that support long-term business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business entities, relationships, workflows, and data dependencies while driving alignment on data ownership, authoritative sources, system boundaries, and information governance across interconnected platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and workflow optimization to improve productivity, data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership while coordinating closely with the UX, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other Product teams.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive tactical and strategic improvements while fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of product management experience within fintech, wealth management, asset management, enterprise software, workflow platforms, data platforms, or related industries
  • Proven experience owning complex products or platforms from strategy and discovery through execution, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, master data management, reference data, metadata, or other data-intensive systems

  • Able to understand technical tradeoffs and contribute meaningfully to discussions involving data models, APIs, integrations, platform architecture, scalability, and system design
  • SQL proficiency and comfort working directly with data to investigate issues, validate assumptions, and support product decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions with imperfect information
  • Strong command of product management practices, including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and agile delivery
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with senior leaders, clients, business partners, and engineering teams
