2027 2L Philadelphia Summer Associate

Ice Miller is seeking summer associates to join our Philadelphia office in the private equity, M&A and leveraged finance practices.

Ice Miller’s summer associate program includes:

• Manage their time and their projects diligently, and
• Have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff, and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own.

All applicants must:

• Have permanent authorization to work in the United States,
• Have earned a minimum of an undergraduate degree and are enrolled in the JD class of 2028 at an accredited law school, and
• In Philadelphia, we only hire students for our transactional practice and who have undergraduate degrees in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or economics.

Philadelphia compensation for this role is $3,990 weekly.
