Mid-Level Bankruptcy Litigation Associate - Wilmington, DE

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a mid-level Bankruptcy Associate to join our growing Wilmington, DE office. This role offers the opportunity to support a sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring practice handling complex matters for national and regional clients. The associate will work closely with senior attorneys on complex bankruptcy proceedings representing a broad range of stakeholders, including debtors, secured lenders, creditors’ committees, and unsecured creditors. Matters routinely involve high-stakes litigation and contested issues in Chapter 11 cases.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

Supporting complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings for national and regional clients
Representing debtors, secured lenders, creditors' committees, and unsecured creditors
Drafting pleadings, motions, and related filings and participating in court proceedings
Collaborating with attorneys across offices and practice groups on restructuring matters

The ideal candidate will also have:

Three to seven years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience within a law firm environment
Experience in Chapter 11 matters and creditor-side representation
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Delaware bankruptcy experience
A J.D. from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing bar admission to the Delaware state bar
