  • Provide technical sales support to ICON’s Sales and Business Development teams throughout the sales cycle, such as customer presentations, technical sales calls, and proposal input, positioning ICON's technology and regulatory readiness.
  • Engage with customer-facing teams early in the sales pipeline to assess proposed project scope and jurisdiction, surface regulatory and permitting considerations before commitments are made, and shape the approach to smooth the path through acceptance, permitting, and construction.
  • Serve as the first-line building regulatory contact and support for customers, local jurisdictions, and project teams, answering routine code and product questions, drawing on the appropriate ICON subject matter experts for technical depth, and escalating complex building regulatory approval challenges to the Director.
  • Track and stay up-to-date on regional code and approval considerations across jurisdictions in the market and share regular updates with stakeholders to inform market expansion and product strategy.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and department leadership on adoption progress, relationships, emerging risks, and blockers in assigned markets.
  • Provide feedback to ICON’s technology teams on product and services opportunities to improve adoption and ease regulatory approvals.
  • Remain current and up-to-date with ICON’s product and service offerings within the market and effectively represent them to customers and building officials.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
