  • Terminate and connect electrical, pneumatic, camlock, and EtherCAT cabling.
  • Support on-site test builds and field operations, including material logistics, QC measurements, and build tracking (Procore).
  • Log test data, ticket work, track downtime, and keep inventory and documentation accurate.
  • Follow and uphold SOPs for safety and testing.
  • Higher levels: lead shifts, coordinate and mentor other technicians, drive upgrades with engineering, and own proactive reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s in mechatronics, mechanical engineering technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, fluid, or manufacturing environments at the level’s required years (above). Technical certification, an Associate’s degree, or supervisory experience can offset years at Senior.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Welding (AC aluminum, DC steel), heavy equipment operation, hydraulics, generators.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, multi-axis machines, CNCs, or 3D printers.
  • Background in aerospace, defense, aircraft, construction, or similar (A&P or technician certification a plus).
