Senior Analyst, Talent Management

This role sits within ICONIQ’s Human Capital team, which is dedicated to shaping our people strategy, enriching the employee experience, and fostering a high-performance, people-centered culture. As a Senior Analyst on the Employee Engagement & Development team, you’ll play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Learning & Development initiatives—ensuring smooth operations, managing systems, coordinating logistics, and bringing learning programs to life.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain our learning and performance systems, ensuring smooth functionality and data consistency across platforms.

  • Oversee the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, communication, technology support, and materials coordination.

  • Track participation, certifications, and compliance, generating actionable reports and insights on program performance.

  • Support the execution of strategic learning initiatives by creating project timelines, tracking budgets, and communicating updates.

  • Develop and maintain learning materials such as job aids, process documentation, and multimedia resources.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve learning processes for greater efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader HR and business objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in learning operations, L&D, or HR, with proven success in system management and training logistics.

  • Experience with LMS platforms and strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with e-learning tools.

  • Skilled in analyzing learning data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial tracking.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.

Location
Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000-$115,000 together with the benefits listed above.
