Senior Analyst, Senior Events Coordinator

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute events from concept through completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and budget management.

Manage event registration and tracking using tools such as Splash and Salesforce, ensuring a streamlined attendee experience.

Coordinate internal planning meetings and maintain detailed timelines and deliverables.

Prepare event presentations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Maintain organized digital assets across platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive.

Support vendor sourcing and relationship management.

Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution.

Conduct post-event debriefs, analyze outcomes, and implement learnings for future events.
Ideal Candidate Background

3+ years of experience coordinating events, preferably in the tech or investment space; venture capital experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Technically adept with tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Splash, and Salesforce.

Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Curiosity about AI and openness to leveraging technology to improve event processes and outcomes.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000-$125,000 together with the benefits listed above.
