Vice President, Infrastructure & Support
The Technology team is looking for a Vice President, Information Technology Support Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk policies and procedures to improve efficiency and end user satisfaction. Regularly, they interact with other departments and vendors to coordinate support efforts and ensure seamless Information Technology operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary technology lead for ICONIQ’s Palo Alto office, overseeing end-user support, onboarding/offboarding processes, productivity tools, and AV systems.
- Act as the macOS subject matter expert, responsible for device configuration standards, compliance policies, security, and user experience.
- Manage AV infrastructure, including Zoom Rooms, Crestron systems, and Logitech hardware, ensuring high-quality meeting experiences.
- Plan and lead IT readiness efforts related to office growth, space planning, and expansion initiatives.
- Partner with Infrastructure & Support teams to align service delivery and ensure consistent user experience across the organization.
- Promote the adoption of enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and AI solutions like Copilot through education and enablement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT leadership or business-aligned IT roles, ideally in financial services, venture capital, or high-growth companies.
- Expertise in macOS administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management, including experience with Apple Configurator, Terminal, and Console.
- Proficiency with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager for endpoint management and zero-touch deployment.
- Experience scripting with Bash, zsh, or AppleScript, and automating workflows across Mac environments.
- Certifications such as ACSP, ACiT/ACTP, or Jamf Certified Admin are preferred.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our Palo Alto office five days per week.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000- $250,000 together with the benefits listed above.
