Associate, Full Stack Engineer
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, the Associate, Full Stack Data Engineer will be a key member of ICONIQ's Investment Management division. This individual will work across the data stack to architect, build, and maintain scalable systems that power analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across investment, operations, and technology teams to design and implement high-impact data solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations that support enterprise-wide analytics.
- Develop robust data models, warehouse schemas, and APIs to ensure efficient access and integrity.
- Build user-friendly dashboards, visualizations, and self-service tools for internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices in data architecture, governance, and security.
- Ensure high performance and availability of data systems in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and development processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in full stack and data engineering.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6+ years of experience in full stack or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Skilled in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data-driven web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in both collaborative and independent work.
- A curiosity about AI tools and an interest in leveraging them to boost productivity and innovation.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000-$150,000 together with the benefits listed above.
