About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join ICONIQ Investment Management’s Strategy & Business Management team. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management, which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of key initiatives across the Investment Management division.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, and Human Capital to drive strategic alignment.
  • Prepare content for leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews.
  • Build dashboards and tools to track KPIs and operational performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Track and report on progress of strategic projects, identifying risks and roadblocks.
  • Contribute to internal communications on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Assist with initiatives that enhance team culture, performance, and collaboration.

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial services, or operations.
  • Excellent academic background and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in complex situations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus—we value innovation and curiosity.

 

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco or New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. 

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 together with the benefits listed above.
