Senior Analyst, Talent Sourcer

This role sits within ICONIQ’s Human Capital team, which is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. The team plays a vital role in fostering a high-performance culture rooted in our firm’s values. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll focus on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development for key roles across the firm, helping us reduce recruitment costs while identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs and talent priorities.

  • Identify and engage passive candidates for critical and high-impact roles across ICONIQ.

  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using sourcing platforms and techniques.

  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns that reflect ICONIQ’s culture and values.

  • Deliver high-quality candidate slates that help reduce time-to-fill and reliance on external agencies.

  • Maintain accurate sourcing data to support performance metrics and reporting.

  • Collaborate on strategies that promote inclusive hiring and strengthen our employer brand.

  • Monitor market trends and share talent insights to inform sourcing approaches.

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or fast-paced environments.

  • Proven success building pipelines across diverse business functions.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Skilled in passive candidate sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with both recruiters and business stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and interest in using AI to enhance recruitment workflows.

Location
Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000- $110,000 together with the benefits listed above.
