Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team at ICONIQ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career to make an impact by supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts and helping build high-performing, inclusive teams.
This role sits within ICONIQ’s Human Capital team, which drives our people strategy, talent experience, and culture. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across our Wealth Management division and play a key role in shaping how we attract and engage exceptional talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Source and engage high-potential candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external recruiting partners.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Help prepare and analyze recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide scheduling and logistical support to ensure seamless hiring operations.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial services, investment management, or professional services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Interest in using data to inform recruitment strategies.
- Curiosity about leveraging AI to streamline workflows and drive innovation.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000-$110,000 together with the benefits listed above.
