Vice President, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic recruiting efforts for ICONIQ's Investment Management and Corporate divisions. This individual will join a high-impact recruiting team and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, playing a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. The ideal candidate brings commercial acumen and deep experience in Investment/Wealth Management and Corporate recruiting, as well as a passion for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and uncommon care.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, delivering thoughtful, data-informed guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for senior, niche, and leadership roles across our Family Office, Business Development and Investment teams who are focused on delivering bespoke investment and advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth clients, along with all corporate divisions supporting the firm, excluding Technology.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging market intelligence, direct outreach, and best-in-class tools.
  • Oversee early careers hiring programs including Internship and Campus recruiting efforts.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring high-touch engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Use data and market insights to influence process improvements and educate business leaders to drive hiring decisions. 
  • Foster collaboration across HR and business teams to ensure alignment with ICONIQ’s broader talent strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership across Human Capital initiatives and support junior team members. 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence talent decisions at the leadership level.
  • Exceptional sourcing acumen with a track record of developing and executing proactive strategies to identify top talent.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations, systems, compliance, and data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent ICONIQ’s brand with professionalism and care.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champions the use of innovative recruiting technologies to drive process improvements and scalability.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000-$250,000 together with the benefits listed above.
