Vice President, Infrastructure & Support

We are seeking to hire an Information Vice President to join our growing Technology team. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk policies and procedures and interact with other departments and vendors to coordinate support efforts and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications, allowing the individual to provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with ICONIQ employees to assist with technical issues and platform administration and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases.
  • Provide white glove technical service to ICONIQ employees understanding their needs and providing realistic expectations and project status updates.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Track and document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions to maintain accurate records and improve future support.
  • Monitor IT systems and networks for potential issues, proactively addressing problems before they impact users.
  • This role is full time on-site, and not available for hybrid or remote. This role will require travel to the Palo Alto office at least 2 days a week.

 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 5+ years of financial services technical support in an advanced desktop support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a solid academic background required.
  • A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and priorities.
  • Outstanding grasp of technology concepts and processes.
  • The ideal candidate has played a key role in numerous successful projects and produced deliverables on time while exceeding expectations.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco and Palo Alto office.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000 - $250,000 together with the benefits listed above.
