Portfolio Success Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join ICONIQ Growth’s highly strategic Portfolio Operations team to help drive commercial and strategic opportunities between the technology companies in our portfolio and our broader ecosystem of industry-leading businesses. The Portfolio Operations team delivers on ICONIQ Growth’s mission to be the partner of choice for leading tech founders and companies by expanding and partnering with ICONIQ’s unique ecosystem of family office clients, portfolio companies, Limited Partners and broader network, and driving value to ICONIQ Growth portfolio partners.

This role sits within ICONIQ Growth which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Map & analyze ICONIQ’s network of existing senior leader relationships leveraging various data sources including PitchBook, LinkedIn, internal data, and others to conduct market mapping and primary research.
  • Identify ideal target technology executives in Europe that ICONIQ should pursue 
  • Draft high-quality communications and presentations for consumption by executives in our network, to secure introductory meetings with C-level corporate execs, follow-up with relevant materials, and nurture ongoing dialogue.
  • Interface with leaders from ICONIQ portfolio companies and support them in accessing and leveraging ICONIQ’s global network
  • Identify relevant portfolio and prospect companies and technologies for enterprises in ICONIQ’s network to evaluate
  • Logistically support both virtual and in-person events with founders, corporate executives and thought leaders to produce insight sharing and networking.
  • For the first year, the successful candidate will also regularly support special projects and research needs for ICONIQ’s Leadership Advisory function in EMEA to help expand our ever-growing operator network.
  • Data & technology stewardship

 

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 3+ years of relevant, customer-facing experience in one of the following domains:  SaaS sales, business development, product, account management, customer success, or marketing capacity; management consulting or IT analyst firm; venture capital is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background, with demonstrated entrepreneurial mind set.
  • High-level understanding of the top technology trends impacting enterprises and industries globally (AI, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.) and ICONIQ’s investment areas is a must
  • Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills, and comfort communicating with executives at startups and corporates alike.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com as well as experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus.
