Analyst-Associate, Corporate Finance
At ICONIQ our Corporate Finance team is divided into the Corporate Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis teams. These teams work cross-functionally to support all areas of the firm by providing timely financial information used to guide business decisions, strategy, and budget management. This team is dedicated to helping streamline the financial operations of the business serving a pivotal role in the daily functioning of the firm.

Corporate Accounting:
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including drafting prepaid and fixed asset entries.
- Support monthly review of employee cash expenses.
- Manage corporate card program in expense classification software (Concur).
- Prepare daily cash recs and weekly wire confirm reports.
- Manage remote deposit process for check receipts
Financial Planning & Analysis:
What You’ll Do:
- Produce key financial reports on a monthly- and quarterly-basis.
- Help the team update the firm’s forecast on a quarterly basis based on the key vendors and/or cost drivers for each group and actual expenses to date to develop an accurate forecast.
- Help produce annual budget for ICONIQ by creating presentations for partners and senior management that introduces the budget and explains key drivers.
- Regularly perform analyses and/or create exhibits in response to one-off partner and senior management queries.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Fund Accounting, Investment teams, Human Resources, Operations, Technology) to obtain up to date information for reports and ensure alignment on information.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 2+ years of experience in public or industry accounting position (CFA/CPA is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting/economics/finance
- Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, adaptive, solution and detail oriented
- Prior experience with Intacct and Concur is a plus

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in either our San Francisco or New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $145,000 together with the benefits listed above.
